Drivers. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!! 5 broken trucks to choose from. I was fired the 2nd day after orientation for not driving my assigned truck with no 25 IFTA stickers, a broken right front turn signal, (wiring issue) along with a trailer that had the ABS light on through Arizona during Blitz week in February of 25. This is after I spent 3 days in the shop waiting while they attempted to repair said 5 trucks. Every truck they assigned to me had a list of DOT failures. Yes there are 7 new trucks at the Rancho location. We did a parking test with one. No driving test. All new drivers are assigned dirty worn out abandoned junk that has never seen a dealership. All repairs are done in house. If you breakdown you will be forced to wait until their mechanic drives 5 hours to you from a terminal or you drive to a terminal. They have bad reviews for real reasons. FYI DON'T DO IT !!!!!!!!

Worse company ever,ever,ever!!! I've been driving for 20 yrs plus I gave them 2 yrs. Nothing about them was good. No I didn't get fired i quit. They are not driver friendly, no miles, worse driver managers i have zero things to say good,

To the owner, to the manager, to whomever it may concern. Bad experience in closing the driver's lounge area at 6pm. If you arrive after that you will not be able to shower or take a dump. I wonder why they designed bathrooms. It is verifiable that there is no appreciation for drivers.

Was trying to give a half a star but a star was the least I could give to write a review. If any prospective drivers are thinking of joining this company and are like myself that reads reviews to get a sense of a company that you will consider then this will be helpful. At this time my lawyer would probably advise me against this but I am currently suing this company and have a complaint with EEOC scheduled for litigation. I got sick and attempted to use my benefits that I had been paying into for almost 3yrs,the company did everything in their power to discourage me from addressing my health. I advised them I couldn't drive if I died in the truck so against their advise I took time off to address my health and adjust to my medication. Was ready to go back to work in less than 6 weeks and they literally ghosted me violated my FMLA and continually lied and ran me around in circles. Whoever is responding to these reviews as the "owner " is a not truthful or concerned about the truth. The turnover of employees, drivers and loss of contracts is a telling sign that this company is not to be trusted. Nepotism runs rampant and the language barrier is atrocious, the disrespect is common and the pay is unacceptable. Don't bother to ask for a raise no matter how long you've been there you won't get it. If you have a day off or a 34hr reset be prepared to get multiple phone calls from various people with no command of the English language. I could go on and on, I have emails,texts and pictures don't find out the hard way how bad this company is just skip it and apply with a company that takes your safety, health and sacrifice serious instead of just their bottom line to make "Sunny" another million on to under pay the people that make him rich.
