I keep a pretty clean home, so it was upsetting that what had been left still wasn't fully cared for. Hiring maids? $180. Cleaning on your hands & knees after they leave? Priceless.

Always find communication with the office easy with quick response. Crews are like little ninjas—quick, silent and leave the place spotless. Getting same day text updates regarding crew arrival is a plus. Haven’t tried the new laundry service yet but think that is a great addition.

We paid Karina to clean the entire house, she only did the kitchen and living room. I was out of town for work so I had my partner use this service while I was gone to help clean after hosting Thanksgiving. I was planning to use this service weekly since my new job requires me to be gone a lot. Not only will I not be using this weekly, but I regret using them at all. After my partner told me that she only cleaned the kitchen and living room, I told him to call them to request for her or someone else to come back to finish the other rooms, and they refused. I got back from my trip to the fridge not cleaned at all, so I couldn't even tell you what she did in the kitchen. My partner did say our floors in the living room looked great, so that's good I guess. He also said she was really nice.
