انا من غشاق هالمطعم من اجل اجوائه اللبنانية التي احبها والخدمة لديهم سريعة وجميلة روح لبنانية تشعر بها داخل المطعم واكل لذيذ ومنوع احبه بالنهار لان واجهته زجاجية تدخل منها اشعة الشمس

Fayruz Restaurant at the Intercontinental Cairo Hotel is absolutely stunning. The ambiance is fantastic, and the food is incredibly delicious. The mushroom soup is out of this world, and the lentil soup exceeded all expectations. The grills are wonderful, the shish taouk is excellent, and the hummus is good. The service is truly exceptional. Special thanks to Salmeen, who was an outstanding waitress, and also to Adel and Islam, who were amazing. Islam was especially helpful and provided exceptional service, as did Adel. In the evening, the restaurant features live singers and a belly dancer, creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. I was so impressed by the restaurant that I had both lunch and dinner there on the same day. Fayruz Restaurant is truly outstanding, and I highly recommend it! مطعم فيروز في فندق إنتركونتننتال القاهرة مكان مذهل بكل معنى الكلمة. الأجواء رائعة للغاية، والطعام لذيذ بشكل لا يوصف. شربة المشروم خيالية، وشربة العدس كانت فوق كل التوقعات. المشاوي رائعة، الشيش طاووق ممتاز، والحمص جيد. الخدمة كانت ممتازة جدًا. أود أن أشكر بشكل خاص سالمين التي كانت نادلة رائعة، وأيضًا عادل وإسلام، الذين قدموا خدمة مذهلة. إسلام كان متعاونًا جدًا وخدمنا بأفضل طريقة، وكذلك عادل. في المساء، يوجد مطربين وراقصة شرقية، مما يضيف أجواء ممتعة وحيوية. أعجبت جدًا بالمطعم لدرجة أنني تناولت فيه الغداء والعشاء في نفس اليوم. مطعم فيروز رائع بكل المقاييس

الأكل مره نظيف و لذييييذ جداً و القهوة و الخدمة و الاجواء كلها ١٠/١٠ اشكر ياسر و سالمين على خدمتهم الرائعة ✅
