Ένα τίμιο μαγαζί σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Πλέον όμως υπερτιμημένο όχι στους μεζέδες αλλά στα φρέσκα ψάρια. Όλα τα φαγητά σωστά μαγειρεμένα και τηγανισμένα. Δίνουν βάρος στην ποιότητα αλλά ξεφεύγουν σε τιμή.
Αν ψάχνεις για μια ψαροταβέρνα που θα σε κάνει να γλείφεις και τα δάχτυλά σου, τότε ο Σάββας είναι η επιλογή! Από τη στιγμή που καθίσαμε, καταλάβαμε γιατί χρειάζεται κράτηση—η ταβέρνα είναι αγαπητή και γεμάτη, και όχι άδικα. Ξεκινήσαμε με έναν ταραμά απλά συγκλονιστικό, κρεμώδη και με βαθιά γεύση θάλασσας. Η ψαρόσουπα; Ζεστή, χορταστική, ό,τι πρέπει για να ανοίξει η όρεξη. Οι πατάτες τραγανές και χρυσαφένιες, τα καλαμαράκια τηγανητά ζουμερά και καλοτηγανισμένα, χωρίς περιττό λάδι. Και μετά… το πάρτι των θαλασσινών: ριζότο θαλασσινών δεμένο υπέροχα, γεμάτο αρώματα και γεύσεις, και μια γαριδομακαρονάδα σκέτο όνειρο—με τη σάλτσα να δένει τέλεια με τα ζυμαρικά και τις γαρίδες να είναι όπως πρέπει, ζουμερές και σωστά ψημένες. Οι τιμές; Πολυ δικαιες! Ούτε υπερβολές ούτε εκπτώσεις στην ποιότητα. Και η θέα… να σου ανοίγει ακόμα περισσότερο την όρεξη. Και σαν να μην έφταναν όλα αυτά, στο διπλανό τραπέζι είχαμε και τον Φραγκίσκο Αλβέρτη! Τον θρύλο του ελληνικού μπάσκετ, χαλαρό να απολαμβάνει κι αυτός τις νοστιμιές του Σάββα. Αν δεν έχεις πάει ακόμα, κλείσε τραπέζι άμεσα—θα με θυμηθείς!
