I have been lucky enough to relocate from Virginia where I loved my Pilates studio to find a community in margate with such a diverse practice. Power/ restorative/ technique , private and many more classes available at all different times of the day and evening. It is all driven by the owner, Melissa and the team she has attracted by her fair and open approach to her community. She supports local businesses and is a lovely spirt we all benefit from having in our lives. It is not just a class, it is a safe place to come and learn and enjoy movement. We are blessed she is making a space for us!
