Coming from out of state, we had an amazing pick up by Jim, he met us at the baggage carousel. My daughter was playing lacrosse at The University of Michigan. He helped us with our bags (no one does this anymore at Newark airport). Our driver back to the airport was so kind and showed up 15 mins earlier. I cannot say enough nice things about these two drivers. Gotta love the blue state. This was one of the best car services I have ever had!
