After living in Dubai for ten years and experiencing many excellent massage centers, my first massage in Canada with Helen was truly on par with the best. I came in with persistent lower and upper back pain and stiffness—what she accurately described as 'hard as a rock' muscles. Following the hour-long session, I left feeling significantly more relaxed. Crucially, I had a great night's sleep and woke up with zero stiffness. For anyone with a desk job, I strongly recommend a visit every 2–3 months.
