This was my first time visiting this location. Excellent customer service while rebooking the appointment. The therapist took the time to understand my concerns and offered a number of recommendations. Massage itself was amazing! Thank you. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been a member for over 10 years and recently made the difficult decision to leave. To be fair, the massage therapists and estheticians are excellent, and most front desk staff have been friendly and professional. However, a series of recent experiences led me to cancel. Prices have increased noticeably, and although member rates are lower, holiday gift cards are sold at non-member prices—even when purchased by members. This isn’t clearly communicated and can drain group benefit balances faster than expected. I take some responsibility for not asking more questions, but the pricing model felt misleading. What ultimately pushed me to leave was how a massage gift card I purchased was mishandled. I used it for a massage, clearly followed their instructions by informing the staff ahead of time that I would be using a gift card. Despite that, a staff member failed to apply the gift card properly and instead charged my lifestyle credit. When I discovered the issue upon booking the next massage, I was told by a supervising staff member that correcting it would be complicated, and that they’d “do me a favour” by offering the next massage without a receipt. When I questioned this (I paid for both the gift card and the lifestyle credit. Why would I not get a receipt?), I was told, “If I were you, I would just accept and say thank you.” I found that response dismissive and inappropriate, especially considering the error wasn’t mine. There was also a follow-up issue where I was told after a second massage subsequent to the above incident, despite a written confirmation before booking — that I had no credit left to use. The staff contacted the supervising team member, who again insisted there was no credit. Fortunately, the front desk staff double-checked, found the confirming text, and resolved it. I tried calling the head office for help during the first issue but never received a response. After cancelling the membership, I received a survey request—which I’ll fill out, though I don’t expect any follow-up at all.

My first and last time I'll go here, due to both my experience and how it was later handled by management. I told the RMT exactly what areas to focus, and the amount of pressure I was looking for. I felt there was no analyzation prior to getting started, which is fine, but once she started, she disregarded and all of what I said, and couldn't even provide the pressure when I told her what I wanted while she was massaging. She seemed deliberately neglectful and distracted, and that she could get away with a half-ass job, because she got the impression I would just enjoy anything and not complain. Shortly after I paid and left, I saw her run out the door with the other RMT, as there shift was over and I was her last appointment, verifying what I thought, which she was rushing my appointment, purposely disregarding the experience so she can leave for the day. Management got back to me, and instead of refunding at least 50% of what I paid if not all, just provided a discount if I returned? I won't be, you are charging an upwards price, which WASN'T covered by my insurance, and as long as you got your money, you won't be doing the right thing by a paying customer who expects a service they paid for. I had one of the worst massages I've experienced in the simple fact that the bare minimum expectation you're paying around $200 for, should at least, deliver something of what it's expected to.

Had the pleasure to try out hand and stone for the first time for my moms birthday. After reading some reviews, I booked a session with Serapina and Brenda for my moms birthday. I was a bit nervous since her and I have tried out many massage places but these massage therapist have exceeded my expectations big time! They were so kind and absolutely amazing. I have never had a massage that good in my life. We added the foot massage and 100% worth every penny. The receptionists were also so sweet and made it an amazing experience. This will for sure be our go to place from now on!
