In Wissam we trust! I came in looking for a darker balayage, but he asked me to trust him. He knew what color would suit me the best without lightning me too much… Y’all, I am so glad I trusted him! Hands down, the best balayage I’ve ever had in my life. His technique is unique and you can tell he’s been in the game for a long time. I absolutely will be back!

My hair has been permanently colored with a light natural blonde for years now and I’ve had to retouch roots every four weeks to mask a full head of salt & pepper grey. I met with Wissam for a consult after letting the grays grow out for about nine weeks. I wanted to blend the blonde with the natural tones so that I could grow out my hair fully and stop coloring. Wissam and the team and ZEF were fabulous from the moment I stepped through the door. Color expert Wissam walked me through the process he’d use and took time to show me many videos and photos of similar, prior transformations. He worked with Cynthia to stay late and offered to do the transformation same day. Four hours later and I am very pleased with the result. Thanks so much Wissam and ZEF!!!!

I had the most relaxing and refreshing experience at Zef thanks to Kylie! While Jen does an incredible job cutting my hair Kylie takes over to wash and style. Graduating from high school this month she already has great skills and professionalism. Her amazing and soothing scalp massage made the experience incredibly enjoyable—it was like a spa treatment! She followed this with a relaxing blowdry - she takes her time and offers tips on ways to get great results at home. I walked away feeling pampered and refreshed. If you want a truly luxurious experience, I highly recommend requesting Kylie!
