I went to People's Jewellers to purchase a gift for my wife. I was served by Yasmin. She was extremely helpful in showing me various options as gifts mostly rings I was considering. Yasmin found one that was very special, on sale and fit my budget. I asked her to put the ring aside as I was not ready to move forward. The next day Yasmin called me back since I had not returned. She suggested I come back to the store and we arranged a time. I returned, and Yasmin helped me out and I was able to make a decision to move forward with the purchase. I also bought the protection plan. Yasmin found me a beautiful ring that I am sure my wife will enjoy.

My fiance and I ordered our wedding band from this location. Her ring was perfect, but mine felt tight when I went to pick it up. Despite The fact that the ring had an inscription this store was happy get the ring reordered for me with a price match to the original price I paid. I thought by going up a quarter size the ring would fit. However, when the ring came in the second time it was still a little tight so without hesitation the store again ordered me a new ring slightly larger. They were very accommodating and did everything in their power to make sure I left happy and with the exact size for me. The customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend this people's location. If you buy from here you know they will do right by you.
