went in last summer to buy a XG850, they had just sold the one they had on the floor. Told them we would take a RTV500 instead, and wait for another XG, they had none. Then they tried to upsell us a way more expensive Yamaha product, not what we wanted. We have waited over a year with no phone calls, we have gone in every month to check to no avail, still nothing. We had CASH IN HAND to purchase a UTV, possibly two. They were not interested in our purchase. They lost a family of customers as we needed 2 UTV's with all the gear to take care of our property.
