Crystal has cultivated such a welcoming space, and the instructors all reflect that same warmth and presence. Even as someone new to yoga—often more fish out of water than in flow—I feel completely at ease here. The studio is spacious, calming, and refreshingly down-to-earth, making it easy to arrive just as you are. It’s rare to find a place that is both grounding and lighthearted, while also quietly guiding you along the path toward greater clarity and a deeper sense of actualization. Thank you 🙏

I just left the 5:30 Sunday night class 20 minutes ago. I spent all day on the mountain, and needed a peaceful unwind. Googling made it seem like this was THE place. It is beautiful. When you walk it, it has the kind of ambiance that just makes your shoulders drop. It’s curated. It feels intentional, and like the owners really care. ((((Wait. Is this a 1 star review?? YES, it is, I’ll get there.)))) The class was great too. The studio space has beautiful lights, and is low lit so you can really just focus on yourself. The flow was lovely for a Sunday night wind down. Here’s where we lose it. At the end of the class, got my things on, and head up to the counter to talk to the 2 women that were working. I was a bit off to the side, so they could finish their conversation. Here’s exactly what I heard. “How was class?” “Good, I just don’t know about that Nicholas guy. He arrived late.” (My assumption was that this woman was going to ask if I had paid, but that’s just a guess.) “Yeah. He was an odd duck.” Then, as if written in a movie, she turns in that instant to see me standing there. I said, “Well, that was awkward” and I walked out. A truly beautiful experience. Ruined by a comment that really has no business being uttered. Period. Let alone while there were still other students in the hallway getting their things. Talking about your clients, in front of clients is a way to slowly kill a business. Come here for yoga maybe as a physical practice, however the spirituality, felt non-existent to me. I’m visiting from Texas. Snowboarding for a couple days at Big Sky. It’s my favorite thing to do, to get off the mountain after a long day and do a flow. I won’t be going back to Your Yoga, that’s for sure. The thing that I think maybe I find the most incongruous, is that I think I’m pretty vanilla. Maybe I’m odd? If so, I’m okay with that, but it feels rude when I am called that by a business I was trying to support. 😑 It was my first time to the studio. I didn’t know where things were, or exactly what was expected, so maybe I asked some questions that rubbed them the wrong way? I have no idea. I’m kind, I entered quietly, at the end of class I went up to the instructor and apologized for being late. I got there at 5:32. Maybe that was it. Traffic coming off the mountain was about 2x what I had allotted for, but I tried to be there on time. I’m at a loss. đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™‚ïž The MOST ironic part is that I was at the front desk and going to ask which online place a good review would be the most impactful. Google, Yelp, etc. I wanted to leave a nice review. Alas.

SO amazing, it's a great space to make yoga accessible for all income levels. The instructors each have their own unique flair, making it open to all styles. Free mats, which is a great touch. 10/10

I was only in town for a few weeks and was looking for a place to workout for a good price and this place was perfect. I love yoga so much and was so excited they had a 30 day unlimited pass for new members. Ive attended 4-5 classes so far and loved every single one. The warm vinyasa class taught by the guy (sorry I suck at names) was super challenging but he was an incredible instructor and made the class memorable. His chair pose joke was 10/10 laughs. I would ask for what they recommend for those new to yoga cause some of these are quite challenging and the other class attendees are very talented yogis so it could be intimidating if you are new and vulnerable to the comparison game. Otherwise, I loved this place. The studio is amazing the instructors are amazing and the vibes are just what I need after a long day!
