Brandon TorresHorrible experience. I picked this place because of the google ratings. Never will I make that mistake again. This place is a pure money grab. The dentist didn’t even know the hygienist name! I’m reporting this dentist and facility to the BBB and I will be reaching out to dental administration that oversees this practice. They would not complete a basic cleaning only a deep cleaning which of course costs way more. Also she talked about ripping my filled cavities out and replacing them with other fillings. Dr. Iglesias is a SCAM. It was like talking to a robot, she immediately starting talking money and numbers before I could even tell her my name. Stay clear away most of these 5 star ratings are from a bot company that they pay to add good reviews. Place is a literal dump on the outside they could take some of the free $225 they just billed my insurance company and do some spring cleaning outside. And free $225 what do I mean by that? Well I talked to the hygienist for 5 minutes and the dentist for 5 minutes before I took my own dental bib off and told them give me a copy of my invoice your sending the insurance company and I’ll be on my way. I will also fight this with United Headlthcare and they usually do right by there customers so they don’t have to be taken advantage of.

Everyone was so friendly, the lighting in the office was nice. The chair was a massage chair (absolutely great) Monica and Dr. Iglesias have an extremely soft touch and Dr. Iglesias exam was extremely thorough. She explained everything in depth and made sure all of my questions were answered. I left with my teeth feeling clean and zero pain. Thank you so much, I look forward to my next visit!
