This is a very nice location! It's a very clean, well kept building. The staff are very kind and welcoming. Wait times are quite short. They have an ATM available if you're looking to withdraw cash. It's in the downtown/centretown area which is amazing because the other Credit Union locations are scattered throughout the city. It's easily accessible for those who take public transport as it's near multiple stops.

I joined Your Credit Union over 20 years ago. Previously, I dealt with many of the traditional banks in Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa. In my humble opinion Your Credit Union is by far the best, their customer service is excellent. Thank you Jayne W. ( when I clicked post - my daughter's google account popped up )

Originally I had posted that I was very frustrated with the credit union- it took, what I thought, a long time for a staff member to get back to me. Once they did get back to me the staff was very helpful and made it easy to transfer my money.

So my dad had accounts with these people and he died they promised to send me the bank drafts for over 97k because I'm the estate trustee then instead of sending the money they claimed to have deposited it into my dads estate account well guess what they never did and when I call they hang up on me and refuse to deal with it now I have to make an expensive emergency trip to deal with it face to face don't bank with these people they will lie and hold your money hostage!
