TERRIBLE PLACE. Super bad hair perm service. Avoid this salon. They don’t do a good job especially the old Vietnamese guy with glasses, Super rude has a stank attitude for no reason, asked for a hair perm and he gives me attitude and says no .. another guy did my perm and it ended up being terrible I asked for a curly perm and they did a super lose weird perm which was wavy and twisty. Horrible experience and I paid $282 for a perm ?? Never again save your money lol

Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Behavior I’m writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your salon. Jenny was assigned to style my hair. I clearly explained that I wanted two braids from the back (not the sides) along with curls. Despite repeating myself multiple times, she seemed confused and visibly irritated, even saying she was tired. Trying to be understanding, I offered to do the braids myself and asked her just to curl the hair. Unfortunately, her attitude was extremely unprofessional. She rushed through the appointment, appeared uninterested in doing her job properly, and walked away without even checking the final result. Once I got home, I realized all the curls had already come loose, and the braids had tangled due to the poor styling. I ended up spending another 45 minutes redoing my hair myself. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I’ve never felt so disrespected during a salon visit. Quite frankly, I would have rather spent my $50 on myself than pay for a service that left me feeling ignored and unsatisfied. I hope you will address this issue seriously and ensure your staff are providing the level of professionalism and care clients deserve. I would appreciate a response and an appropriate resolution. My mom and i had been regular client last 20 years with this salon and now the service had got worsen and waste of your money. Sincerely, Falgune Dusara

Excellent customer service! I've been going to this salon for eyelashes and hair color and they were incredible! Anne is the best with both lashes and hair. Jennifer was a very friendly owner. Today, everyone helped and contributed for my hair which shows how they truly care. Excellent service and reasonable prices.
