First experience with these clowns. Had a 100 year old rare book being delivered from Florida. We had rain and more in the forecast. I'd left a very obvious, large, clear note on the door to please put the package in the tote on the porch to prevent damage. The delivery guy just tossed it on the porch without a thought. There is no way he wouldn't have seen the sign. It rained. Book was a write off. Pathetic service.

This is an awful delivery company. I gave clear delivery instructions and the drivers didnt even get out of their vehicle. 4 days in a row they marked it as no access. I called the company. They lied to me. Told me they would try again instead I get a returned to sender update. I reached out and they told me to seek a refund from sender. Are you serious? Horrible customer service. Lazy drivers! Better off using FedEx then this Horrible company. They dont even deserve 1 star.

Use anyone else!! They will deny your claim for nonsense reasons and run you in circles for months to avoid paying up for missing cargo that was missing from my shipment. I am missing products that I paid for and they will not do anything about it! I have the delivery on video with the products coming off their truck partially missing, it was all reported in a timely fashion and t-force is denying my claim and delaying responses, avoiding answering my questions and avoiding any accountability. Do not use them if you want your products to arrive in one piece.

I am retired now, but for quite awhile did a run from their Romulus, Michigan location to Mississauga. The Mississauga location has a gate guard, the location is bonded warehouses, so you need to be expected and have good paperwork. T-Force is quite professional and I liked that. It made for a short turnaround for me. The doors are sort of tight so take your time if you drop in one. Be aware not to interfere with the location traffic flow, there is more than T-Force in this compound.
