I haven't let someone actually cut my hair for about 6 years because of so many bad experiences where it was a copy paste that didn't suit my face or my hair texture. This was the total opposite, I gave a rough description of what I wanted and the rest was taken care of. I couldn't be happier with how my haircut turned out, it suits my face shape, my style and it works so well with my hair texture I just air dry or fluff dry and go now. Love love love and can't recommend enough!
