Started coming here over the early summer since it’s so close to my house and I love all the classes and instructors. The studio is very clean and everyone that works there is so friendly and welcoming. Even the other customers are sweet, it’s really unlike other gyms I’ve belonged to and there’s a great variety of different yoga classes including slow Flo and restore which I absolutely love.

I took the sculpt and flow class with Ashley and it was exactly what I needed. I usually strength train, but I needed to change it up. The yoga moves were refreshing, challenging, but manageable for a beginner like me. The strengthening exercises got me moving in different ways then I’m use too. I write this now having been back to handful of classes and every experience has been consistently great!

Brittany and Ashley for Sculpt and Flow on Saturdays truly gets my weekend started right. Thank you to everyone at the studio for making me so enthusiastic and excited to work out!

I have been coming to YogaSix about a year now and am so thankful to have found this studio. Every class I have taken ranging from sculpt & flow, to power, to slow flow have been wonderful. Brett is a fantastic teacher who I learn from every week. I have also taken classes with Regan, Gwen, & Brittany who are all teach great teachers as well. All instructors are very knowledgeable & the studio is very welcoming.
