It’s a fantastic program and with an app that is so easy to use; everything you need is in one simple app. Your trainer is just a click away to answer all your questions and help cheer you on. It’s super personalized and I absolutely love it. I know exactly what to do everyday and it targets what I need. Highly recommend and worth every penny! I’m so happy I joined.

Excellent service. My naturopath customizes my plan for me. He's even open to intermittent fasting and helping me achieve my digestive goals, weight loss goals and overall well being. The app can be glitchy at times, but it's so useful to communicate with my coach as needed. The community on the app seems awesome but it's French only so I don't participate. I'm getting everything matched to my needs even the personalized workouts. I highly recommend.
