Rebecca led us in a beautiful vinyasa flow practice thathat was perfect! Her different flows were well thought out and a very healing to my body. I needed this class! The studio is small and intimate and inviting and very spiritual. I would go back in a heartbeat.

All the teachers are excellent, you can't go wrong with any of their classes :) They have a full schedule for everyone's timelines, and a community that is very strong. I highly recommend starting here if you are looking for authentic yoga classes with wonderful energy and instruction.
