21 Day Surya Shakti Though I had done Surya Shakti before, I used to feel exhausted with 12 cycles and I was not very regular at it. So to attend the 21 day Surya Shakti Sadhana at Yoga Nebula with Samir and to go for 108 cycles was well beyond my imagination. I was hoping to get to 33 to 48 cycles at the maximum. However during mid sadhana period, with carefully guided instructions from Samir, was able to get to 48 cycles easily and by the last week, was doing 108 cycles. A lot of credit has to go with the ambient vibrant space at Yoga Nebula maintained by Samir, his meticulous guidance, time and devotion to the program participants has made me ever grateful. I would rank this Surya Shakti program very high for fitness and overall well being. Post sadhana, I feel more confident of sustaining Surya Shakti for my well being. 🙏 Ananta

Samir's 21-day Isha Hatha Surya Shakti program was a true test of discipline. Showing up every morning was a battle, but once I was there, the supportive environment and Samir's guidance pushed me past my limits. I started with 12 cycles and finished with 108, my body feeling like a well-oiled machine. The most surprising part? My cravings for caffeine and sugar completely disappeared. Definitely had a great experience learning Surya Kriya. The practice was delivered in a clear and concise way. It demands ones total focus and commitment definitely, so it was rather challenging, but you could definitely see and feel how beneficial it would be with continued practice. Yoga Nebula offers discounted prices from the standard Isha Hatha Yoga so it makes it more available to students such as myself. One class gives you a lifetime practice that is like none other. Cant wait to implement this to my daily routine.
