Tracy BigglestoneI bought a foil helium balloon for an 11 year olds birthday today, it started to deflate within half an hour, despite following instructions from sales person. Waste of money and more expensive than the card shop next door. Its now evening and its almost flat. Dont live in Warminster so unable to take it back.
