Above and beyond! I needed the diamond in my 30 year old engagement ring replaced and I had visions of two pendants that I wanted to be made in honour of my late grandmother, for myself and my cousin. Both very important pieces to me. Stella at Yang’s jewellers was the epitome of the way customer service should be. She was not only professional, knowledgeable and listened to my needs, she spent precious time with me making sure everything was to my satisfaction and way of thinking. Stella was also very compassionate to my situation and treated me with the utmost respect. Even calling me on her off hours to make sure I was up to date and informed. In a world where customer service in many places has fallen by the wayside, Yangs jewellers has proven that there are still businesses out there that offer the element of human touch, respect and care about you not only as a customer but as a person. I was so happy with the work done to make my engagement ring beautiful again and the signature necklaces that were created for me are beyond stunning and are such a lovely tribute to my late grandmother. Went into the store today, expecting to be out of pocket a couple dollars for a watch repair. Right away was politely greeted and helped. I needed my watch repaired and right away Mario was "just give me a min and I will fix you up" . I went over and looked at some watches expecting it to take a bit, not even 5 min and it was fixed, and no charge. My next watch is being purchased here and will recommend everyone to go here for fixes information and amazing customer service.
