I recently completed a 3-month plumbing course at Skills Trades College, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From day one, I felt supported, challenged, and inspired. What truly made this experience exceptional was our instructor, David. His knowledge of the trade is unmatched, and his passion for teaching is clear in everything he does. David didn’t just teach us how to fix pipe he showed us how to think like professionals, solve real world problems, and take pride in our work. He was patient, approachable, and always made time to answer questions or give extra guidance when needed. The hands-on training was top notch. We worked with real tools, in real scenarios, which built my confidence and skills quickly. The curriculum was well structured and covered everything from basic pipe fitting to more complex systems, all explained in a way that made sense even for complete beginners like me. Thanks to this program, I now feel equipped to enter the plumbing trade with a solid foundation and a lot of enthusiasm. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to start a rewarding, in demand career. And if you're lucky enough to get David as your instructor, you're in for something special.

I attended the Skilled Trades College of Canada at the Vaughan campus, and overall, I had a very solid experience. The program is heavily hands-on, which was exactly what I was looking for. Most of the time is spent in the shop using real tools and working on practical projects. This made a big difference in helping me feel confident and job-ready. The instructors at Vaughan are knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about teaching, Especially MR, David Sosa!!!! He brought real-world experience to the class and took the time to make sure everyone understands the material. Shoutout to him he really went above and beyond to help students. The facilities are clean and well-organized, and the school provides all the basic tools and safety gear you need to get started. The tool package you receive is actually pretty decent — name-brand tools that you’ll use in the field.

Has been an amazing experience working with Frank, his passion for plumbing makes me look forward to class everyday. With hands on experience and real plumbing scenarios, This program with Frank will have anyone ready for the field especially if they put the work in. Another thing that made this program with Frank so good was family I gained from it. We had good laughs and good fun while still getting work done. A-lot of the guys from our group made a good bond making this experience more than just school. Overall highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to do be a plumber and really learn about the field.

I’m currently enrolled in the part-time Pre-Apprenticeship electrical program, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My teacher Joe.D is an outstanding teacher as he focuses on teaching his students while being consistent in his lessons. I came to this school not knowing anything and now I am full of knowledge . He allows his students to feel comfortable and confident in their work as he allows each to go at their own speed while we all learn. I recommend Skilled trades college to anyone who is interested in starting the trades with zero experience or even with experience.
