As a truck driver, I recently experienced a challenging situation during my first visit to a globe shipping facility. Despite having limited materials, the offloading process was expedited. However, the signature process proved to be extremely time-consuming, taking approximately two hours for a single signature. During this period, I observed several staff members engaging in activities such as watching TikTok and participating in video calls with family and friends. I repeatedly requested necessary documents, but the staff’s response time was consistently delayed. Regrettably, I found the overall level of professionalism to be lacking.

The down staff is good but when you go their office some of them are very rude not behave good.. first you need to wait for him Bec he's not in office most of the time and when he comes then also you need to wait Bec first he check his mobile phone for 10 to 15 minutes until that ur Anger goes very up and after that he listens you or check your documents otherwise he don't care how much time I sit there
