Our family had a truly wonderful experience at the hotel and the rooms were immaculate the amenities perfect for all of us and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Bilal whose outstanding support and kindness made our stay even more memorable. He was always there whenever we needed help—professional, attentive and genuinely caring. Highly recommended for families seeking comfort and top notch service! It's lit a bit expensive but will appreciate if price goes down lit a bit reduce 👌

Stayed at another hotel, Howard Johnson in Deira, a 4 star hotel for nearly exact same price. Requested a refund from airbnb but I dont expect it, I consider the money lost as money spent on my education. The traffic was so bad around this airbnb my car didnt move at one point for 25 minutes and when I got near I couldnt park my car anywhere so I could find it on foot. I gave up at 10 pm after being stuck on tiny one way streets for a very long time. If you are driving to this place you may give up like I did. Avoid if travelling by car, terrible location.

A top hotel, excellent management from the guard to the general manager. Everything is beautiful, from cleanliness to reception.
