Hi Everyone, Let me begin my review by congratulating the whole Xclusive Interiors Team. Job well-done! I recommend them 100% for their innovative designs, excellent professionalism and best customer experience. I was in search of the best of the best interior designer in Pune, I did my thorough research and came across Xclusive interiors. Being NRI, it was important for me to have a team of highly efficient talent in interior design, customer service, communication. I got exactly the same set of skills in Nidhi and Abhijeet. This this is a primary residential property and Xclusive team made it a dream home for family of 8 members. I followed them for a year before starting the project with them. After about a year talking to multiple designers and reviewing budget estimates, I found that Xclusive was quoting me appropriately and their designs were unique and modern. We have worked with them for almost everything in and out for our 5 Bedroom Bungalow. Our scope of the work included upgrades to internal walls(civil work), modifying existing bathrooms, designing 5 beds, 2 living rooms, kitchen, all the balconies and veranda and parking. This was without a doubt bigger project, they did not leave any corner of the house unnoticed. Nidhi has a perfect vision when it comes to her designs, she hand picked lot of the stuff by herself which was super amazing. Abhijeet and Nidhi manages a team of wonderful people, we were briefed about end to end processes with proper written documentation, that was very comforting for me. I was being contacted by various teams under them during each phase of the project. They started with detailed questionnaire for everything and continue with the updates or modifications until I was fully onboard with output. I was not forced by Xclusive to accept anything, it was always mutual agreement whenever we requested changes or modifications. I am impressed with the output they provided us, it was 99% aligned with the 3D images. Both Abhijeet and Nidhi are respectful individuals and customer satisfaction drives them. My father used to handle on-site visits and report on his findings to Abhijeet, he handled all the difficulties encountered during such discussions seamlessly and always kept me in loop for entire site’s updates. It’s hardly possible to work with 2 people across different time zone but he did an excellent job. I have nothing but huge love for them, I would definitely recommend them for your project. I would most certainly edit the review and add more information on the parts I missed. Adding limited photos to maintain privacy 😃 Thank you Nidhi and Abhijeet, keep up with the good work. Writing this review after 1 year of completion of my 3BHK flat interior designing. Glad that I chose Xclusive Interiors after visiting 8 different interior designers. Very çlear communication, transparent and deliver more than what is promised. My house is become masterpiece and all my guests praise as soon as they enter the house. Thank you Xclusive team. Prompt and they know customer satisfaction is important. After we started staying here, whenever we called them for small issues they sent contractors immediately and solved my issues.
