Had a great experience at Xbow! John did an excellent job with the haircut — professional, skilled, and clearly knows his craft. Plus a funny and friendly guy as well! Big shout-out also to the receptionist for the cappuccino and friendly service. Top spot all around, relaxed atmosphere, and a top-quality cut. Easily a five-star visit — I’ll be back.

Sharuka and John were so nice to me, I got a very nice customer service and an amazing haircut as well. Definitely the best barbershop in Toronto, I'll come back. Highly recommend this place to visit if you want to get a nice haircut and great service

Best barber shop in Toronto. I hate haircuts. Grew my hair down to my ass when I was younger just to avoid them. Not anymore. I’ve been coming to Xbow for many years. Both haircuts and beard trims are fantastic. They treat you well, always asking if you want anything to drink. Anthony is the best. Highly recommend.

Paid $60 for the 007 back in November 2023, only received the haircut and shampoo - None of the other included services were ever provided. I inquired about and their excuse was that because I was the last client of the day, it couldn’t be provided. Free espresso was nice, haircut was quite good, but it fell apart after that. Weird. Haven’t returned since but hopefully it has changed for the better.
