My hair was so damaged and dry because I had previously gone to another salon for a bayalage and they had fried my hair, however, Sheyda took such good care of my hair. Her coloring technique was spot on to ensure every hair was colored perfectly, she used a soothing aftercare color treatment for me and even applied bonding oil on my hair. She even gave me some really solid tips on how to take care of my hair. She was fast, considerate and knowledgeable. Her and Biata were absolute sweethearts! And they use an amazing color brand as well so I know my hair color isn't going anywhere for a couple of months at least. I'm so pleased and happy with the both of them.

Sheyda was really helpful as I didn’t know what color should I get and what would fit me. She mixed up colors and did my hair so beautifully! She also very welcoming and offered me drinks and gave me some recommendations. Would definitely recommend this salon to my friends!

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in for a shellac manicure, and while the polish looked fine initially, the overall quality and service were extremely poor. During the manicure, the technician was very rough and actually poked under my cuticle, causing it to bleed. It was painful and clearly not done with proper care. To make matters worse, my shellac started peeling and lifting in less than two weeks—something that should not happen with a $60 service. When I returned to the salon to have it fixed, I was told to come back another time and that I would be charged again. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a quick fix, they completely wasted my time and dismissed the issue. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area that provide better service and treat their customers with respect. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality or professionalism.
