My teeth feel like new now, and I actually look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend them! Super friendly and knowledgeable.

My husband and I have been patients there at Wyoming dental previously, (Bow Tie Dental) for almost 10 years. Our dentist Eric Langellier DDS.. Is awesome!! The Office staff is great they make you feel like part of their family one of the Office staff girls that does billing at the front desk. Her name is Kelly she is fantastic. Kelly is there to help and explain billing insurance procedures. She’s top-notch at the front desk friendly, great sense of humor and she knows her job👍🏻 . She’s awesome.!! And doctor Eric‘s assistant Lindsay there’s so much I could say about this girl. She’s “fantastic”... She’s very compassionate, caring she is definitely the best👍🏻 assistant that Dr. Eric has ever had. BUT…. A few weeks ago I had emergency on my bridge that came loose called the office and talked to one of the receptionist her name was Savannah I asked her if there was anyway I could come in she replied we only one Dentist working that day was Doctor Patel…I asked if she could just look at the situation I had going on. She put me on hold went back to talk to Dr Patel and she refused to see me. She did not want to take the time. I just asked for 5 to 10 minutes so she could tell me exactly what I could do because it was the weekend and she had no time to give me I even offered to come in after hours if she could just take five minutes just to look at the situation going on in my mouth, she refused to see me again knowing that I was in tears, and not knowing Dr. Patel I think this was so unprofessional of her not giving a patient there five minutes or even 10 minutes just to look at what was going on. I even let Savannah know that I would even come in 5 minutes before closing if she could just take a few minutes with me…NOPE… Dr Patel refused again to see me this is a kind of professionalism that she has…“NONE”… absolutely none…caring “NONE”!!!!

Top tier service! Amazing first visit. The admin team/ladies were amazing at helping me untangle an insurance issue. Lynn(hygienist) was amazing the entirety of the visit! Very lucky to have stumbled on to this amazing establishment.

I had broken my molar and was in so much pain. I called and they got me in for a consultation within and hour of me calling. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and addressed the problem I was in there for. I set up and appointment for the following morning and they were able to extract the tooth and I was scared it was going to hurt but I never even felt them do it. Literally out and back in the car about 20 minutes later. Thank you so much my sincerest gratitude! Really friendly staff and I have recommended them to a ton of people! Never felt so comfortable and for a Dentist office I never thought I’d say that.
