Leanne CoyleVery Disappointed ā Poor Service and Miscommunication I booked an appointment over the phone for a Thursday evening and the booking was definitely confirmed. I was really looking forward to getting my hair done. I travelled there after work, only to be told there was no appointment under my name. They couldnāt offer me anything at the time because the receptionist hadnāt booked it properly for me. They apologised and said they could offer me an appointment the next day (Friday) at 50% off, or an alternative day, as a way to make up for the mess-up and to let the receptionist know this when booking. I said Iād think about it and call back. I called the next day and tried rebooking for Tuesday, clearly stating Iād been promised 50% off due to mess up. But I was told on the phone it would only be 10% off completely different from what I was originally offered and spoke to the member of staff who promised this. Shocking service and poor communication. I wonāt be returning.

I was so impressed with the great service I received very friendly and welcoming.
