One of the worst places to get loaded. Got here at 10 and had appointment and now here it is 3:30 and just now getting loaded. Wasted most of my clock on one load and had several other stops and couldn’t make. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! For the ones who gave good reviews STOP LYING. A snail moves faster

This place don't even deserve the 1 star I gave em. I only added it because I couldn't post this comment. I came out there to pickup & they kept asking where were my bills. I advised them that I was there to pickup. Y'know, an OUTBOUND load! The shipping clerk kept trying to lead our interaction into a delivery & for a 3rd time I stated that I was there to pickup, not deliver, so I wouldn't have any bills; but you would though! Needless to say, they didn't have any bills prepared, load wasn't pre-picked, then after 50 minutes of just trying to figure out what I was there for, another guy told me they had 5 potential bills but didn't know where they're going. (Oh BTW, this wasn't a case of having a language barrier either. They were just there at work to fill a seat & get paid for the day cause it seemed like everyone was clueless & was ready to go on break or go home). In this process, I was told twice to wait around til they can figure it out. An hour & 25 minutes have now passed & was then told that the customer was gonna drive over there to see what's going on. Yeah, I was already gone by that time, chewing on a slice of Beggars pizza from around the corner. This place is a joke & a total waste of time. Very unorganized. I'm never going back.

Black man with dreads and glasses is VERY rude told him who I drove for and just stood up and walked away. Finally another guy came over and got me in a dock. 3 hours later they start loading me. Reject the load if possible it's not worth wasting you time here.
