I did my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Patel two years ago, and he personally told me it came with a five-year warranty as long as I wore my retainer — which I did. I trusted his word completely. When it came time to use that warranty, not only was I told it was no longer valid, but Dr. Patel himself wouldn’t even give me the time of day. Instead, I was pushed through a frustrating “chain of command” that dragged on for weeks and left me feeling small, ignored, and useless — all for something that was already paid for and should have been a smooth, straightforward process. The fact that Dr. Patel could make a promise directly to a patient, let me jump through hoops, and then go back on his word is unacceptable. I wasted time, money, and trust because I believed him. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone who expects honesty, accountability, or respect.

Always easy to get to, quick service without much waiting for your appointment. The hygienists I’ve had so far have all been great, very friendly accommodating. By far the best dental office I’ve been to throughout the years.
