I recently had a teeth cleaning appointment with Dr. Cecilia Wong and her wonderful staff at Dentistry at 360, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The clinic is modern, spotless, and equipped with thoughtful touches like ceiling-mounted TVs to make the experience more comfortable. Dr. Wong is incredibly gentle and thorough. She took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her attention to detail and patient-centered approach truly set her apart. The entire team—from reception to the hygienists—is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. If you're looking for a dentist who combines expertise with compassion, I highly recommend Dr. Cecilia Wong and her team. They've earned my trust and my highest rating.

Deceptive, unprofessional, and unsafe experience. As a returning patient seeking a recall exam, I was falsely told I had never been there before and pressured into additional procedures. After calling three separate times, spelling my name and providing previous receipts and other details, I was repeatedly told no record existed — at times it felt like no attempt was even made. Only when I called to cancel did the receptionist suddenly “find” my file within a second, followed by excuses. I was also pressured into unnecessary procedures. They bundled an X-ray and a periodontal exam with my “first-time” visit — even though I had these done a year or two ago — without clearly explaining fees or insurance coverage. When asked, they offered vague assurances it would be covered, never verifying anything. This lack of transparency feels deceptive and unethical. Additionally, I was quoted a 48-hour cancellation policy not posted anywhere. After confirming I would not return, the receptionist hung up on me mid-call. The receptionist’s behavior was particularly unacceptable: making false claims about my patient history, pressuring me into unnecessary procedures, being vague about costs, enforcing hidden policies, and ultimately hanging up on me. Her conduct alone makes this clinic a place I cannot trust.
