Erin planned an amazing 14 day trip to Italy for my husband and I! We had little knowledge of the area but knew it was somewhere we wanted to go. 2025 was a Jubilee year and she made sure we knew exactly what to expect. Erin took care of absolutely everything - hotels, plane tickets, transportation, suggesting and booking tours/activities, overall itinerary, etc. and booked and purchased everything for us! She helped answer any and all questions we had and really put us at ease. While we were actually on our trip and enjoying a day out, Erin noticed a rail strike and had our tickets rebooked and itinerary modified before we even knew or had time to worry. She made everything stress free and truly planned the trip of a lifetime. She was so kind and patient, and always available via email or phone call! We cannot recommend her enough and we will 10000% be using Erin for future trips!

Erin was very helpful planning our first "whole family" vacation in many years - taking care of details & freeing us to just make the choices and not get buried in details. In particular, she initiated a daily "dinner meal together" that gave us a connecting point while left the rest of the day for individual and smaller connecting times.

Erin organized a mother-daughter trip to Italy for us, and she did a fantastic job. She has a lot of expertise that takes the uncertainty and guesswork out of planning a trip. I appreciated that she scheduled a phone call with us prior to organizing the trip to learn our expectations and preferences. Once we had nailed down an itinerary, Erin took care of all the logistics that usually take so much time when you are trying to plan a trip on your own. She organized our transportation which included planes, trains, automobiles, and water taxis, and bought all our tickets. She took care of our excursions, too. Erin did a great job of coordinating some wonderful excursions, and our tour guides were outstanding. She gave recommendations for things to do during our free time as well. I enjoyed having the Picture This app to remind me what our itinerary was each day, and all our transfers, excursions, and tickets were right on the app so it was very accessible. Erin checked in with us a few times to ensure everything was going smoothly, and she was quick to respond to questions. It was a special trip, and we look forward to working with Erin again!

Erin helped us organize a recent trip to Spain that completely delighted my husband and I. She spent a lot of time talking with us and listening to our hopes for our 3 1/2 week adventure, and really brought organization to our wish lists. Every detail was managed perfectly and we love the app she provides before departure every detail of our travel itinerary is there, including vouchers, tickets and reservations.
