Sari GroveSo, the website is great because you can see which stores have your product in stock and how many they have-I called the 430 Dupont store and yes the website told the truth about inventory stock- so good to know if you are going to walk half an hour to get there! Leah, who answered the phone this Friday (her day), was awesome and so helpful with cat finickyness issues and solvable solutions... In person the store is big and lovely and Mo the store cat in the teepee hut let me pat him and he licked my finger❤️! I met Leah in person who is so nice and just patient and interesting and let me ramble and go off topic without me feeling rushed... She offered to bring 21 more pouches of the Merrick Backcountry grain free turkey(from the wychwood/st clair pet valu store) which, right now, is the only wet food our bengal cat rascals will agree to eat🤣! Funny thing- I had purchased cat grass at the bay street petvalu earlier this week for $7.49- today I got the exact same catgrass at the Dupont store for $3.99? I repotted them, but you can see in the photo , they are the same size catgrass plant and they both came in the same black plastic container... The price differential scares me because what else am I overpaying for at the Bay street PetValu? hmmm- I may be doing lots of walking to this Dupont location- oh well, I need the exercise!

Although they didn’t have the specific cat food I needed, the staff went out of their way to check other stores online to help me find it. Their helpfulness and friendly attitude were much appreciated. The store also had a super cute cat lounging around, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for great service!
elliot andrewentire store helped me get new boots for my stubborn dog, including helping to put them on him when he was sitting and refusing to move, then gave him treats as if he was perfectly behaved the entire time 10/10 store thanks guys
