Woodland Hills Mall

There is a store in here for everyone! I had not been inside this Mall in 5 years. Amazing how cool, colorful, clean and full of specialized stores this huge place is. As a 'mall rat' from the 80-90's, mall walking in 2020's; this is a pleasurable shopping Mall to Shop. Slight dismay on Mall Map not at the Acorn Entrance, although I had found it online before coming. Thankful to find a few merchants do still have Restrooms available. Best part- full of friendly helpful people; no sad disinterested or pushy Sales force found this trip, and plenty of "sales"!

The mall itself is incredible, It’s packed with many options. The staff at the individual stores are absolutely lovely. Especially in the Earthbound, Spencer’s, and Hot Topic. However that’s where the good stops. My friend has cancer, and can’t properly walk. We were told we had the staff had available wheel chairs for disabled people. First, the office to get these chairs is on the second floor, and the mall only has one elevator in the building. The security officer was not open, and my friend had to wait twenty minutes for a security officer to get there. When she was waiting? Two other security officers walked past her and ignored her. When the officer came, she was very rude with my friend and asked her is she was sure that she needed a wheel chair, then didn’t let her go and look at the options. It was an overall awful experience, and many of the store employees agreed. Do better in the future for those with disabilities. We are very disappointed and will be warning others of this egregious oversight.

We had such a fun time performing at Woodland Hills Mall! Our team from Magical Memories Entertainment brought out our Stilt Walker and the crowd loved it. The mall has a great layout for interactive entertainment like ours; lots of open space and steady foot traffic that really helped us connect with families and keep the energy up. The staff there was amazing to work with. Super organized, friendly, and just really on top of everything. They helped us get in and out smoothly and made sure we had what we needed throughout the event. That kind of support really helps us focus on creating memorable moments for everyone. What really stood out was how welcoming and lively the whole atmosphere felt. The shoppers were engaged, the mall team was present and helpful, and everything just came together perfectly. We’d love to come back soon!
