I agree with Hannah’s review — my massage was very lackluster, especially for the price. I scheduled an 80-minute massage with a deep tissue add-on. Before my appointment, the spa called multiple times to confirm the details and ensure I was comfortable with a male therapist. However, when I checked in, the front desk did not mention the deep tissue add-on. I brought it up again, and the receptionist seemed surprised but double-checked and confirmed it was included. The ambiance was nice leading up to the massage, however I asked multiple times throughout my massage for more firm pressure and for my focus problem to be on my neck and shoulders knowing I was carrying tension. The pressure did not change and no extra time was spent on any area. At the end of the massage, he said my muscles were as knotted as wood. I did not feel as though he was experienced for deep tissue and do not feel that I should have been scheduled with him. The massage was light to medium pressure and did not work out any knots in my neck or shoulders. I mentioned this to the front desk when checking out and she removed the $20 deep tissue add-on fee. I’ve had great experiences at Woodhouse in the past with their deep tissue massages. Unfortunately, this was not one of them and I don’t plan to return to this location after spending nearly $200 without achieving any relief.

Came for a Birthday gift from my Husband, I had the Himalayan Stone Message, Megan was my masseuse and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very tentative to my needed areas and always made sure I was doing ok. The stone heat was not too much, it was wonderful. It was a much needed Relaxation & pure Zen! Highly recommend her and this massage here, Thankyou, Your very happy Customer Gabby.

Loved my maternity massage and pedicure! Carolina was my massage therapist and she was amazing! The whole experience was very relaxing and pampering. I am about 6 months pregnant and she made sure I was okay with scents and everything was comfortable for me, explained things; generally very attentive and made sure I enjoyed the service. Definitely will be back and will request her for future massages. Had a pedicure and I feel like it was better than other nail salons where they didnt use a "scraper" and I loved all the products they used. The heated shoulder pad just made it a little extra relaxing! Ronnie was my nail technician and I loved that service as well.
