I have been here twice and cannot express how much I love this spa. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I really feel taken care of while there. I see, and hope to continue to see, Stella. She is phenomenal. Not only is she so skilled, professional and great at what she does, but she is so kind and friendly. She knows exactly when and where to apply pressure and I thoroughly enjoy every minute on the bed. I completely recommend a spa trip to this location and to Stella.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. But I’m pregnant and booked a prenatal massage. In the past for these massages, the facility I’ve gone to has always had a special pillow for the belly so I could lay on my stomach. When I was taken back to the room, I was informed that the pillow was currently in use and they didn’t have another one so I would have to lay on my side. With that, it’s more difficult to get to areas of my back which is what I really wanted. I was very disappointed and feel that a facility like this should at least have a few of those pillows to accommodate more than one prenatal massage at a time or I should have been informed beforehand and I would’ve changed my appointment time. I was not able to get the maximum relaxation that I expected.

Very different experience than other Woodhouse Spas we have been to. First, we received a phone call two hours before our appointment asking to come in a half hour later. We made sure they knew we had to start right away (30 minutes later than our original appointment) because my husband had a meeting. They assured us that could happen. We aaroved 15 minutes prior to our adjusted start time. We reminded them of needed to start on time. They took me to my dressing room and there was nothing set up. Just empty hangers hanging on the doors. Other locations have the robes and shoes ready with a name plate on the locker door with my name on it. When I met my husband in the little quiet room, they brought paper work for us to fill out which we did. We waited and waited. My husband finally went to get someone because it was now 15 minutes past our start time. We had to end out massage early because of the late start. I was getting a deep tissue massage. I had to ask my therapist for harder pressure because I could barely feel the pressure she was using. Now, I will say, they only charged us for a 50 minute massage because we only received 60 minute massages vs the 80 we had originally scheduled. They also took 20% off for the trouble. Maybe they were having an off day. We just were not impressed for our first visit to this location.

Loved my maternity massage with Laurie. She was gentle, approachable, and explained everything to me clearly. The pillow with cutouts for your pregnant belly is so nice. Highly recommend Laurie and this location if you’re looking for a maternity service!
