Used multiple times and every time drivers were receptive to messages and on time. Cars are always pristine and clean and drivers are always courteous. I go from central MA to Logan airport and take other odd trips around MA and these guys are always top notch. A+ service!

I called and set up ride from Auburn to UMass to pick me up @ 6:30 am for 7:00 am appt this am. Indicated I would be waiting outside. This morning at 6:35 am I called and was told driver on way. OK good. Then I get text saying ride cancelled in error but someone would be there at 6:53 am. When you are scheduled for appt. being picked up later does not work. If I was going to shopping it would not have mattered. Medical appointments do thus the one star!
