I love everything about the studio! I've received a nice warm welcome every time I've visited, and the instructors offer challenging, engaging sequences that promote safe alignment. I haven't practiced there long enough to get to know other students, but the vibe is friendly and it feels like a true community. Highly recommend!

I have loved coming to Wonder Yoga! I've been looking for a new yoga studio since one that I went to closed, and this is my new yoga home. I have some restrictions in what I can physically do, which made me self-conscious at first, but Wonder Yoga has been so welcoming and I feel at home coming to class here. I'm also noticing small changes in my flexibility and strength that I think will help me with my challenges.
