I contacted Cody on June 3rd and after explaining the scope of work, he gave me a good quote and was able to come and do the work a week later (which is today). The men were very professional, kept the site clean and did an amazing job. My dad has done a lot of concrete work over his life and he was very impressed with the quality of the work done today.
