I give a 5 star review because I go once a month for a facial, once a month for a massage, and every 8 weeks for salon services now. I have never had a negative experience with any staff member there. The facility is clean and I love the amenities. therapists, estheticians and hair stylists listen to your feedback very positively and they all want you to have a great experience with them. They get to know you and the environment is very calm. I love having my hot tea before massages and sitting by the fire in the quiet room. This place is literally my peace and calm.

We heard about WM from a coworker and I was working out scheduling this evening - - - Brianna at WM Spa is incredibly helpful and courteous and explained all options regarding spa days (1/2 days are offered as well) and scheduling out regular visits etc. Brianna fielded every question right on point and was patient + friendly. This organization is a great option w locations in both Rockford and Beloit and their commitment to excellence is evident. 10 out of 5 stars and thanks Brianna

What an amazing experience! I came with my mother and daughter for a spa day. My mother and I both received an hour long facial. It was so relaxing. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to WM Day spa for many years now (and mostly for massage appts) and I’m always pleased with the amount of amenities they offer — the products, steam room, quiet room with beverages, etc but my review today is all centered around an outstanding massage I received from Teagan Lincoln. 👏🏼 As I mentioned, I’ve had many “day-makers” and everyone has been great but today’s experience was different because Teagan’s approach is different. I felt heard and she tailored the experience to my needs (as I have chronic neck issues) and she was careful in the way she worked the muscles and conducted appropriate stretches. I will definitely be back and booking with her — I recommend you do the same!
