GeorgeMy partner and I joined as patients a month ago, she has been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks, calling on the days she works from home which means she has tried on 7 seperate days for an appointment. Every time she called at 0800 she was told they had no more appointments. She finally got an appointment for today and got a call back 30 minutes later saying the doctor called in sick and they can't cancel anybody else's appointment as hers wasn't an emergency. We fly in a week, which they are aware of, and she still hasn't had her issue sorted. If any follow ups are needed we will now have no time to resolve anything, assuming the next appointment isn't cancelled as well. We joined this practice because it had the better ratings in the area but we haven't even been able to experience the place, what an absolute joke, a disgrace. These reviews mean nothing to the place so I'll look into making a complaint through any other channels available.
