Absolutely rubbish! Would give none if possible. No price lists the only way to get a price is to order and wait endlessly for. Proforma invoice that never comes. Then when you eventually get a price you can’t do the ridiculous process again because you didn’t want the none profitable goods on the first invoice! Worst wholesaler I’ve ever delt with!save yourself the hassle! You’ve been warned! Also avoid the WhatsApp as who ever mans that is a moron

If I could give a Negative 5 stars in customer service I would. It took almost 2 weeks to get a response from this company from their initial response to my first email to them. They finally got back an email to me after apologising on WhatsApp, as I had to go on there to try and get some attention during the almost 2 weeks long wait. I finally got an email with prices. I am now still waiting on a response email back from them with what I actually would like to order and im still waiting, its been 5 days now and two messages on WhatsApp to try and get attention again. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Their customer service is shocking!. with I am sorries and lack lustre action. My hard earned money will not be in their hands. I would be afraid to even consider it. I have receipts and screenshots of all our conversations to confirm this. Please please seek another company. Appalling and just sad

Very poor service from Mustafa. First he lied on me, then wanted us to wait 30 mins cause everyone was on lunch which they told me last time too. And was so rude and told me he is the manager when I wanted to complain. Obviously he's not cause with that attitude you can't run a business. Keep receiving different information about order procedures which they lying out of their teeth. Very hard dealing with. Eventually Mr Abas or so solved my problem and settled the situation by offering free delivery which was very kind of him. The other ones should eat less and work more and get some good customer service training. Another positive side is prices are good and the ''real'' manager is very friendly.
