With the help of my oncologist and the hospital they were able to set up and provide this service for me. I live about an hour and fifteen minutes away, now unable to walk I could no longer make this trip. Voyago arrived on time, loaded me into the transport vehicle and we were on our way. The two people they sent (Truck 1906) were the best. Thoughtful, very efficient, and friendly, we had a great time chatting during our long ride. It made me relax and I felt very comfortable. There and back. Will definitely use this service again if needed. Thanks guys it was a great experience for me.

I booked this option for my mom to get her to an eye doctor's appointment (the first of a few). First phone call was to inquire about the service. 2nd call about a week later was to book. A new operator informed me about something the first person did not. That if you have them stay at the appointment to take the person back home, it cost $2.07 PER MINUTE after the first 15 min. This is not in writing anywhere. Very sneaky. After the 3rd call today to just make sure everything was ok with the booking, I was told another "extra charge" had to occur. My mom is obese and the chairlift that was originally booked to be used cannot be used now because of the weight capacity. The person who I booked it with was given that information about my mom but said nothing about the chairlift not being an option.  Thank God I phoned today because now it's going to take 3 vans (with 2 workers each) to get my mom to this appointment. It is overkill in my opinion. Total cost to get my mom to this maybe 1 hour appointment $1200 (yep you read that right) plus tax plus the now $6.21 PER MINUTE because she needs three vehicles/workers. The company is literally around the corner from us and the appointment is 10 minutes away. I can't comment on the service itself because after all the changes and different people giving me different information I cancelled it. There is no way Iam giving a company my moms hard earned money (which isn't alot) to this greedy company. Taking advantage of the people who need the help the most. Stay Away!!
