Excellent communication after calling to schedule emergency service. Pricing and timing we clearly explained, and we received follow up texts and emails about our appointment. Brion was friendly and energetic! He answered all of our questions, told us exactly the steps he would be doing, and made sure we understood the pricing. He cleaned up the workspace and made sure we understood the repairs. I would absolutely recommend WIREONE to anyone who needs electrical work done!! We also received photos and a detailed invoice very soon after the project was completed.

Hunter B did a great job! Had a couple pull cords and a fixture that needed fixing, we have an old house so it wasn’t super straightforward, but her got it fixed, had a great attitude the entire time and got it done quick. Would definitely recommend and would call on him again

Hunter came on time yesterday, did the removal work quickly, then I believe worked late, by going to Menards to get materials for the next day. He was here early today, finished in a reasonable amount of time and contacted Mid American to come hook us up. I feel he went far and above what was required- can't speak highly enough of the service,

Hunter B. came out to take care of some electrical issues at my house and did an outstanding job. He showed up on time, got right to work, and clearly knew what he was doing. No guesswork, no wasted time, just solid, professional service. He diagnosed the problems quickly and fixed everything the right way. He explained things clearly without overcomplicating it, and made sure the job was done safe and up to code. You could tell he takes pride in doing quality work. It’s not easy finding people who do things right the first time, but Hunter is one of those guys. I’d absolutely call him again and recommend him without hesitation. His company should be proud to have him on the team.
