I want to say if you need an Electrician this is the company you need to hire! We had received several estimates and after feeling there was no hope due to the cost, and scale we would continue to live in a Fire Hazard in what is our new home. These guys stepped up helped us when we needed it the most!! We have been so buried with things needing attention around our New/Old home, and from the passing of so many people in our family. We have had very little time to stop and give thanks to the people that really deserve it. For those reading this, if you think you have an electrical issue, you need to be reaching out to WireOne as soon as you can. We moved into a really old house, and man oh man we didnt expect what we found. If you have anything like the attached photos in your home you need to be addressing it as quickly as you can. Dry old wood, "Old Old" nob and tube electrical. during the removal of some of the walls we realized were living in a Serious Fire Hazard! Now, clean trusses, confidence in a company and owner that we know has compassion for people’s family’s and their safety! From our family to yours. Thank you WireOne, Ron, the techs. s the former US Department of labor office of apprenticeship state director, I can say, without a doubt, the quality of service, the level of education and training the two Service Techs had who came to my house was outstanding. Service Tech Bryce and Chad thoroughly listened to the problem I was having and what needed to be done. They immediately went to work and fixed my problem better than I had even Hoped for. They also did a free inspection of my circuit breaker box. WireOne will be my new and forever go to Electrical Company. I highly recommend them and I’m sure all their service techs are of high caliber, but I can guarantee you if you want the best ask for Bryce and Chad. I live in Ankeny Iowa.

I was lucky to have Ron at my residence, and he was extremely helpful. He gives tips on how to better hang my TVs. I couldn’t agreed with him more on his tips/advices. I recommend this gentleman if you are into mounting your TV (s) or other services that he provides.

I had 3 electric issues. The electrician obviously did not want to do 2 of them because he quoted me outlandish estimates to hang a $25 light in the basement. $441 plus a travel fee to get something not on the truck and $699 for a diagnostic test to repair one dead outlet. He did install 2 breakers , that took under 5 minutes and labeled the panel which took 2 hours that was $860. He said he emailed the receipt. Never got it. Had to call the main number to request it. Also said he would email an estimate for an issue he spotted. Never did. Very unprofessional guy. Will never use this company again.
