Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise against booking your IELTS exam with CERT in Sharjah. The entire process—from registration to exam day and receiving results—was unprofessional and frustrating. The environment was poor, and the result felt completely unfair. Not recommended at all.

Horrible customer service!!! For more than a week Ive been trying to reach them through the phone and no one is picking up the phone. I went to their website hoping to find another channel of communication and I ended up with the same phone number and no email to contact them. All they have on the website is a form to contact them thats does not work on any of the browsers including Internet Explorer and Fire Fox and Chrome . and most likely I lost the day I wanted to schedule for my CPA test.

I have been working on this location for the last two days I have seen the students here respecting his teacher and office staff Specialy students follow the institution's role regulation and cooperation with security NOTE: There are many talented teachers in this institution. If you get a chance, you must visit this institution

The coordinators were very accommodating, the only down side was that there wasn't arrangement for drinking water.
