Customer experiences
My son is on the spectrum and they offer him more frequent visits to make it more part of his routine. They don’t keep you waiting for long and all the staff are understanding. Even with the teeth cleaning my son has the worst tantrums but today the young lady let him “help” with some of the tools and it went perfect!!! And he wasn’t the only one there with special needs at the time, but it just all went so smoothly it’s amazing. I like to give kudos to any business that understands the disease and will make things adapt for that child, they even gave me a special toothbrush to help him a bit better and it’s been going so great my heart gets so happy to see his progress….thank you guys so much!!!
From the moment we walked in, the team was kind, caring, supportive, cheerfully willing to try with my son. By the end of the visit, my son was leaning in and giving them hugs. I am grateful and thankful that I didn't feel uncomfortable or judged. If your family has a child with beautiful loving needs and your looking for a pediatric dentist who is willing to put themselves and their staff out there to make us feel comfortable, then this is your positive place to bring your child! đź’Ż Satisfied
My child has autism and does not tolerate even simple cleanings well. After going to two other pediatric dentists, we ended up at Windsor Pediatric Dentistry. My child had a cleaning last week and the staff was amazing at helping them through it. But today they had their first cavity filled. I am writing this review now because I am so impressed and grateful for the care they gave my kid. They explained the entire process before hand, answered all questions, and continued to explain to my child, during the procedure, what they were going to do next. They allowed for as many breaks as was needed, and praised my kid throughout. Not to be dramatic, but I was definitely fighting back the tears in my eyes. My child was so scared going into this and by the time we got home, they said “it didn’t even hurt at all.” So yeah, they get 5 stars from me AND my kid, which says a lot.
We absolutely love, Windsor Dentistry! Both of my kids have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist, but they always do everything to ensure that they have a smile when they leave. Today, for example my son was really anxious and he saw one of the front desk. Girls had a really cute duck with spots on it. She gave it to him right away! Dr. Bartley is absolutely amazing and Dana who did his x-rays is incredible. They really go above and beyond and I highly recommend bringing your little guys to go see them!
